Implementing Access Financials: our support to you

Our implementation and success teams have helped thousands of companies through the accounting system migration process over the years. Implementing or switching to a new finance system can be daunting, so we’re not just here to support you when you need a hand, we’ll be here with you at every stage of your implementation journey.

We have implemented over 4,000 finance systems in the UK, so we know how important it is for you to be able to pick up the phone and talk through any problems. As a customer, you’ll have direct access to the Access technical teams for on hand queries and advice.

Our team understand the challenges you may face when implementing finance software and will be open and honest with you always. We use our flightpath methodology so you know exactly what you are getting and the fixed outcome.

We’ll get you up and running fast and deliver the results you need. These are the steps we’ll work through:

  1. We start with a full fact-finding exercise to really understand what you are looking for, so we can give you the best financial management system suited for your business. Our project management teams know the product inside and out so are able to help you configure it in the right way to deliver exactly what you need.
  2. We’ll then work with you to produce an accounting system migration plan. This will be similar to our online migration checklist but it will be based on your current situation. For example, a company that’s implementing a finance system for the first time might need a different plan to a company that’s switching from an existing finance system. The plan will also vary depending on which Access Financials features you choose (the 8 features are Cloud-accounting, Fixed Assets, Sales Processing, Purchase Order Management, Project accounting, Integrations, Reporting, and Inventory management).
  3. We will then guide you through each step of the migration plan to ensure each step is ticked off smoothly, all the way through to full implementation.

Once the implementation is complete, our customer success team will monitor your software to ensure that it remains at peak efficiency and will suggest functionality that might not be being used but that could help you speed up your work.

Dedicated Account Manager

Our customer success department is specifically focused on making sure that you get the best outcome possible with your new finance software. So, after implementation, they won’t leave you hanging. You’ll have a dedicated Account Manager who will monitor your system, make sure it is working as intended and will let you know any areas where there may be a better way of doing things.

Your Account Manager will be contactable via email and phone if you need to reach out at any point.
