  Permit No. field in Modern View is now enhanced to allow you to input a maximum of 50 characters.
• Including manually added MISC codes to the MISC code listing in Supplier Configuration 
  Manually added MISC codes can now be selected in Supplier Configuration.
• Enabling Regenerate Validated eInvoice PDF feature 
  You can now regenerate PDFs for validated eInvoices.
• Enable the submission of negative eInvoice amounts 
  You can now submit eInvoice with a negative amount

Singapore Statutory Update

• Update on CPF Contribution Rate & OW Ceiling
  Updated the CPF Ordinary Wage (OW) ceiling and contribution rate with effective from 1 January 2025
• Update on IR8A Appendix 8B Report Update Screen
  Updated the designs of IR8A Appendix 8B Report Update screens to fit the latest report layout.
• Update on IRAS Tax Report Templates
  Updated the report format of IR8A, IR8A Appendix 8A, and IR8A Appendix 8B.

Other Enhancement

• Update on Default Payroll Year of New Database

• SV06 is now displaying correctly as a Service Tax type in the MyInvois Portal.
• The e-Invoice message will not appear when adding a new transaction in Classic View.
• The THB currency in the self-billed invoice is now displayed correctly after validation.
• Fail to transmit a self-billed e-Invoice with the message prompt “tax exemption reason is required” has been resolved.
• Enhance the standalone CN/DN/PCN/PDN/PR features to operate independently from invoices.  The reference number in the JSON file will be auto-filled with “NA” to allow successful validation.
• Improve the current JSON structure to effectively manage the error message related to exceeding 1000 lines.

• Now you can search for MSIC code 47411 in Company Configuration.
• Items with MSIC codes are properly grouped when posting to Accounting.
• XUN UOM is now searchable in UOM mapping.
• The Copy Bills function has been fixed to handle selections correctly.
• The issue with generating JSON files when using "single" code has been resolved.

This release is a hotfix for the issue that the HRDF Levy imposes a double fixed allowance amount when the allowance is set to be eligible for HRDF and resolves the error on HRDF reports when there’s any deduction set to be eligible for HRDF.

  The Singapore Minister for Finance announced in the Budget 2022, that GST rate will be increased from 8% to 9% with effect from 1 Jan 2024. Adopting this legislative update, a list of new tax codes is made available in Access UBS Accounting, and Inventory &
  Billing.
• Drag and Drop Master Code to create transaction
  You can now drag and drop master code to create Sales and Purchase transaction from dashboard.
  
  The capability of Drag-and-Drop Master Code to Create Transaction feature streamlines the transaction creation process by introducing an intuitive and efficient method. This functionality empowers users to effortlessly generate transactions by employing a drag-and-drop interface for the master code. By simplifying the workflow, it enhances user experience, reduces the time needed for transaction creation, and contributes to overall system efficiency. The feature is designed to provide a seamless and user-friendly approach to transaction management within the system.
