Introducing Access Donate, our new online donation form module
We are happy to announce that we have launched our Access Donate module which provides you with the opportunity to implement a online donation form within an existing website and/or social media channels to adopt a flexible approach to receiving donations.
Access Donate is available as an additional add-on to your current Charity CRM package for only £75 per month.
How does Access Donate work?
Once you complete a quick and easy setup, the solution allows you to receive either one-off and/or regular online donations, while also being able to make the most of Gift Aid functionality. Upon donations being made, automations can be triggered within your Charity CRM to send supporting messages in relation to welcome journeys or any other supporter journey to help you engage and nurture your supporters, building deeper and more meaningful relationships.
Does it integrate with your Charity CRM?
Access Donate includes out of the box integration with Access Charity CRM and Access Payments software. Through this connectivity, it means that all personal details, payment data, and contact preferences are automatically shared to your Access Charity CRM, ensuring that you reduce admin and increase supporter insight, whilst ensuring compliance with GDPR.
Where data is concerned, it is available in the CRM and it can also be created as reports or viewed in the Workspace Analytics dashboards. If you have Fundraising Hub, you will also be able to easily access supporter details and take the relevant actions via this platform.
