Pre-configured and ready to go
Built using the Microsoft Modern Desktop framework, user profiles and permissions are managed using Azure AD so they only have access to the systems and data they need based on their role.
Users simply log on to their new device and it will automatically run the configuration in line with your organisation’s policies. Depending on the number of applications to be set up, users can be up and running within an hour of powering up their new device.
Security first and always
Using Microsoft’s powerful suite of security tools, we ensure that your data is secure.
User and device security settings are applied during the configuration process, and we continually monitor devices and users managed by Access to ensure your systems are up to date and as protected as they can be.
And if the worst happens and a device is lost or stolen, we can remotely wipe your data and “brick” the device, rendering it useless if it falls into the wrong hands.
Managed, monitored, and maintained
We’ll manage the initial configuration of your security and access policies from day one and continue to monitor your devices and systems and make sure they have the latest updates and patches required for peace of mind when it comes to performance, security, and user experience.
End of term options
All our devices are supplied for 3 year terms, which means you don’t have to worry about out of date equipment slowing users down. At the end of the term, you can:
- Upgrade your laptop and we’ll collect your old one
- Buy back your laptop for a small fee
- Donate your laptop to the Access Foundation and contribute towards bridging the digital divide
All devices will be securely wiped at the end of the term, and certified for peace of mind.
