RHJ Devonshire Solicitors, a partner firm specialising in property law, wills and probate, has recently chosen Access Managed Services (AMS) for its cloud hosting requirements. RHJ has used Access’s DPS legal case management software for over 8 years due to its ease of configuration and high level of support. The firm decided to use The Access Group as a ‘one stop shop’ and migrate its cloud hosting to become more efficient and take advantage of the group’s services.

The challenge
RHJ had been looking for a way to become more efficient with its day-to-day running and use a supplier that offered multiple services as a 'one stop shop'. The solution
RHJ migrated its cloud hosting requirements from Azure to Access Managed IT Services datacentres and benefitted not only from the highly performant, secure and resilient Access Cloud platform, but also brought all core suppliers under one roof and benefit from the level of support Monique and her team were used to with their case management software.

I was confident that we had made the right choice in choosing Access Managed Services for our cloud hosting. I knew what to expect and how the project would be handled due to past experience with the Access Group.
"The migration process was seamless and efficient, with no concerns" due to Monique's knowledge of how Access teams handle migrations. The whole process happened over a weekend which meant minimal disruption for RHJ's end users. Once complete, Monique received an SMS notification to let her know everything was working as expected.
The benefits
We chose Access because the software is user friendly, easily accessible and the support team is on hand if I need it especially with our specific set up. I've used DPS along with other case management systems at other law firms but my preference has always been Access Legal DPS; it’s user friendly, has workflows and we use the accountancy tools for our client ledgers, etc- its a one stop shop!

Monique knows that if a ticket is submitted via the portal, email or phone, help will be on hand quickly and reliably. The team at Access is also available for training when needed, especially in this period of remote working.
