Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility Criteria: any UK law firm that does not currently have a case management system (CMS) provided by Access Legal. Existing Access Legal customers who do not have a CMS from Access Legal are also eligible to take advantage of this offer.

2. Terms & Conditions: participation in the promotion shall be subject to you entering into an agreement with Access UK Ltd (trading as “The Access Group”) on the following terms and conditions:

3. Rules: By participating, the applicant (“you”) agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of the Access Group as final and binding as it relates to the content of this promotion (including eligibility).

4. Campaign Period: You will be eligible for the promotional pricing if you meet the Eligibility Criteria and sign an applicable minimum term agreement for Access Legal Proclaim or Access Legal Case Management, after 1st February 2025 at 09:00am GMT and before March 31st 2025, at 11:59 PM GMT.

5. The Offer: the specifics of the offer shall be solely determined by The Access Group. For the purpose of this clause, customers who meet the Eligibility Criteria shall be entitled to the promotional pricing for installation of the inCase mobile application. Customers taking a new Access Legal CMS will benefit from free inCase installation included in their promotional price (“Promotional Pricing”). Customers who do not currently take any Access Legal products may benefit from half price inCase installation costs.

The Promotional Pricing shall apply for the qualifying new purchases only, and cannot be substituted, transferred or assigned to any other agreement you may have with the Access Group (including any pre-existing agreements for Access Legal CMS or other Access Legal products and services). 

6. The Access Group reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the campaign at any time.
