FullCircl’s previous offering was expensive and its branding, choice of benefits and functionality was limited.
To reward their team how they wanted, FullCircl clearly set out what they were looking for.

The solution
Working with FullCircl, we produced a bespoke branded employee benefits platform with a whole host of benefits.
Bespoke branding
Our in-house design team worked with FullCircl to produce concept designs for the login page employees would see when accessing their brand-new benefits platform.
This helped FullCircl choose the design from a range of options that best expressed their new brand and company values.
With the preferred design chosen and a custom URL included to match, we set about setting up FullCircl’s bespoke branded platform.
Bespoke communications
A shiny new branded platform wouldn’t be complete without branded communications to match.
Our design team took on FullCircl’s colours and assets and produced bespoke posters to promote the launch of the platform to boost engagement, increase platform registrations and create a buzz across FullCircl’s London and Reading offices.
A wide range of benefits
To provide the benefits FullCircl needed, we called on our extensive range of employee benefits and incorporated them into their new platform.
The range of benefits FullCircl now offer includes a range of employee discounts including the Instant Employee Discount scheme and Cinema Benefits, all accessible through a dedicated mobile app.
They also opened scheme windows on the launch of their platform for the Bike Scheme and Technology Scheme, allowing staff to save on brand-new bikes and accessories and new tech.
Brand-new health benefits include the Gym Scheme and the Eyecare Voucher Scheme, while they also offer extensive financial and healthy living education libraries through their platform.
Peer-to-peer recognition
We integrated reward and recognition technology into FullCircl’s employee benefits platform to make it a one-stop-shop for all things reward and benefits.
With peer-to-peer recognition, employees can thank colleagues across FullCircl’s London and Reading locations both personally and professionally.
FullCircl’s GRAFT values (Growth Mindset, Resourceful, Accountable, Factual and Team) have all be incorporated too.
Colleagues can thank each other for demonstrating these values, helping strengthen and promote them in the process.
Account management and functionality to expand
To support FullCircl’s goals, we assigned a dedicated account manager to provide proactive account reviews to ensure FullCircl and their employees get the most from their benefits.
Their dedicated account manager is also on hand to support any future expansion of their platform, be it to add additional reward and recognition features, additional benefit schemes, flexible benefits technology or even international expansion.
They’ll also monitor engagement levels to ensure they’re sustained and to ensure FullCircl employees are getting the most from their platform.
Should FullCircl wish to expand their platform to include extra functionality, their account manager will ensure it’s implemented in no time.
Live in no time
With all FullCircl’s features, benefit schemes and bespoke branding in place, they had their platform up and running quickly and efficiently.
Supported by their account manager, FullCircl’s dedicated employee benefits platform launched successfully with minimal fuss.
Using their bespoke communications, FullCircl began promoting the launch of their new platform internally, boosting engagement and registrations.
The results
FullCircl’s staff across their London and Reading locations now have access to their brand-new benefits platform and a whole host of benefit schemes and reward options.
The benefits employees have most engaged with have been Employee Instant Discounts and Cinema Discounts, with employees saving on the monthly or weekly shop, days out, tech and loads more.
Employees have utilised their new dedicated app, designed to make accessing discounts even faster and easier both in-store and online.
Peer-to-peer recognition has been popular with employees too, with staff recognising each other across locations, improving platform engagement in the process.
FullCircl have seen improved engagement on their previous benefits solution at a lower cost, with increased functionality and potential to scale, more bespoke branding and more proactive account management.
