What happens after I've watched my personalised demo?

Once you’ve submitted the form, one of our software experts will give you a call to find out if you’re ready to discuss your requirements in more detail. They will usually call within one working day and can arrange a fully tailored demonstration of your required HR solution/s with a product expert who can design exactly what you want to see, at a time to suit you and your project stakeholders and answer any questions you might have.

Is there any commitment once I've watched the demo?

Not at all. When we call to follow up, our software expert will simply find out whether you currently have an HR software project open, whether you’re doing some initial research or whether there’s a better time to have these discussions. They will also help you to discover whether Access and the products we have would be a good fit for your requirements. If you decide that we’re not right for you or you’re not ready to proceed for any reason, you’re more than welcome to let the team know, with no commitment to take the process any further.

Is it easy to switch from other HR software?

Absolutely. We believe wholeheartedly that the functionality that our software offers our customers is very important, but it is only half of the equation. How the system is rolled out is critical if full value from your new investment is to be achieved. How long will implementation take?

This will depend on a number of factors, from the system you require, how customisable your new software needs to be, how many employees will be using your system and how fast you need to be up and running.

 

For our PeopleHR system for small to medium sized organisations, this could take anywhere from 1-5 weeks. For our PeopleXD system for larger organisations with more customisable features and support required, this may take a little longer depending on your exact requirements and timescales.
