Standard Success Plan

Our Standard Success Plan offers advanced workshops, process recommendations, enhanced training, and support for deeper system integration and analytics.

1. The Standard Success Plan is designed to guide your organization toward achieving its goals by assigning a Customer Success Onboarding Specialist to ensure a smooth transition to go-live.

2. After your go-live phase, you'll be supported by a pool of Customer Success Managers who will drive your journey toward full product adoption and help you realise value.

3. For ongoing assistance, you will have access to a digital assistant that offers guidance and provides knowledge resources. You will also have access to on-demand guidance webinars

4. Additionally, your four named contacts can raise support tickets and enjoy extended hours of support whenever necessary.

5. Each year, we will conduct a review of your journey, offering insights into your progress and recommending on-demand webinars to help you mature and maximise your use of our services.

Premier Success Plan

Our Premier Success Plan is designed to partner with your organisation throughout your entire journey with Access. It includes all the features of the Standard Success Plan, plus tailored AI training, third-party data integration, and comprehensive financial accreditation. Here’s what you can expect:

1. Seamless onboarding: A dedicated Customer Success onboarding specialist will ensure a smooth transition to go-live.

2. Ongoing guidance: After go-live, you’ll work with a dedicated Customer Success Manager (CSM), who will drive your journey toward full product adoption, helping you unlock the platform's full potential. Your CSM will create a tailored success plan and provide continuous assistance based on your need.

3. In-product support: Access our digital assistant for in-product guidance and knowledge resources, along with live webinars and networking events for additional insights.

4. Comprehensive support: Your team can raise support tickets through eight named contacts, with extended support hours as needed. We’ll also conduct quarterly reviews to evaluate your progress, share insights, and recommend ways to maximise your deployment using Access FlexPoints.

5. Direct influence: As a Premier Success Plan member, you’ll join our Customer Advisory Board and work with an Access Executive, giving you direct insight and influence over the future direction of Access products and services.

Dedicated onboarding

A dedicated onboarding professional will manage your installation and kick off with a welcome call to confirm goals, timelines, and expectations.

Configuration and validation

Consultant-led sessions will guide you through system configuration, data migration, and validation. You’ll see how data flows into live reports, and we’ll address any questions along the way.

Data setup and system customisation

We’ll configure the system to import the required data and relevant mappings to support your needs as outlined in the flightpath.

Enablement and training

Each remote session will build essential knowledge for ensuring you get the most out of your chosen bundle and applications.
