(The “Plus One” promotion)

1. By redeeming the “Plus One” promotion you are agreeing to Access UK LTD standard terms and conditions (“Access Terms”), available here.
2. This offer is being run Access UK LTD trading as The Access Group.
3. The offer is open to organisations in the Education sector who enter in accordance with paragraph 6, EXCEPT: 

(a) Our employees or the employees of Our group companies; 

(b)  employees of Our agents or suppliers, who are professionally connected with the offer or its administration; or 

(c)  members of the immediate families or households of (a) and (b) above. 

4. Organisations redeeming the offer shall be deemed to have accepted the Access Terms.
5. By submitting your personal information you agree to receive emails from Us containing offers and developments that We think may interest you. You will be given the opportunity to unsubscribe on every email that we send. 
6. Details and eligibility criteria for the offers are:

- The offer entitles an organisation to receive an additional product at a discounted rate for 6 months when they buy at least one product (the “plus one” product).

- The lower value product will be the discounted product.

- Products included in the offer are Applause, Engage, Sound Bite Learning, My School Portal and Caboodle.

- The contract on Access Terms for the first product purchased needs to be dual signed by the 31^st December 2024, and your additional product needs to be added to the same contract.

- You must have received a demo at the Schools and academies show on 1st of May and/or been registered for the offer by one of our staff on that day.

- If you are an existing Access customer using an Education product, you can claim the offer if you already have had a quote for a first product in the last 90 days or have received a demo/ or follow up at the event. 

- The offer is open to organisations of up to 5 schools maximum.
