• Unicorn Training, GameBrain & Socrates Training (April 2019) - These acquisitions established Access Learning as the UK leader in online training, compliance, and risk management, bringing the UK's #1 rated Learning Management System into our portfolio. 

• Riliance & eLearning For You (2018-2019 and August 2024) - Expanded our specialist capabilities in financial services compliance and care sector training. 

• Abintegro (December 2020) - Now rebranded as Access Career Development, this acquisition brought AI-powered career development technology including CV360 scanning and Interview360 simulation, serving 500,000+ users across universities and employers. 

• Bookboon Learning (May 2022) - A transformative acquisition adding an extensive on-demand digital content library for bite-size, self-directed upskilling. 

• MY Compliance Management (July 2025) - Our most recent acquisition brings innovative safety, health and environmental (SHE) compliance software.
