Yes. Access Coins Evo is the current name for the construction ERP platform originally known as COINS (Construction Industry Solutions). The product was renamed Access Coins before evolving into Access Coins Evo, the latest, AI-native generation of the platform under The Access Group.

What does Access Coins Evo include?

Access Coins Evo is a modular construction ERP covering financials, job costing, procurement, payroll, project management, HR, and reporting.  

UK&I contractors and homebuilders select the modules they need and can add modules as they scale. The platform also has Access Evo AI, which includes Copilot for conversational intelligence, Feed for proactive alerts, and Analytics for construction-specific dashboards. Homebuilders can add dedicated modules for plot tracking, land appraisal, and customer care. 

How is Access Coins Evo priced in the UK&I?

Access Coins Evo is priced per user, with flexible billing available on annual, quarterly, or monthly terms. All customers receive core ERP functionality, AI intelligence and financials as standard, then add the modules they require. Homebuilders add purpose-built modules for land appraisal, homebuilder CRM and customer care.  

You can phase in additional modules over time as your needs grow, so you're not paying for capabilities you don't need yet.  

Implementation costs are covered in your first contract, with a standard three-year initial term and flexible renewal options.
