Year End training and consultancy options
Packages are subject to availability, so please choose your package early.
- Access to a training video with a step-by-step guide to processing your IRL year end on XDPayroll
- Online refresher training workshop with a senior consultant. This interactive session will include a live demonstration of the full year end process
- Attendees will have the ability to interact directly with a payroll expert for Q&A
- One-on-one dedicated consultancy from a senior consultant for the duration of the year end process (UAT run plus live running)
- Hands on consultancy to assist with processing the year end during UAT cycle
- Live running consultancy to assist with running the year end cleardown on production
- If you require a clone from LIVE to UAT please send us an email by clicking Order Clone below
- If you have a contractual entitlement to a clone, then there is no charge. Otherwise, the cost is €1,300
- If you’d like to purchase a clone in conjunction with one of the above bundles, we can offer the discounted price of €650 for the clone
- Be aware if any project work is currently underway in your UAT environment, the clone will wipe this

Workforce Management Year End
Various annual processes require year end maintenance to ensure a continuity of service within Workforce Management; the administration of these processes is a task for the WFM Administrator. The WFM Year End Tasks screen removes the year end guesswork by providing system administrators with a centralised view of the year end tasks and actions required. Administrators can also tailor this list by adding checklist items to include additional year end tasks.
This year, we’re offering an additional service to customers who would like consultancy support around WFM Year End.
WFM Year End Consultancy - €1300 or 700 FlexPoints
Our WFM Year End Consultancy service includes:
- Kick off call which includes a demonstration of WFM Year End Tasks Menu and Processes
- Configuration of WFM Year End Tasks Menu in UAT
- Configuration of WFM Year End Tasks Menu in Live
- Consultancy Support while you perform and complete your WFM Year End Tasks
