Eligibility of Special Offer  / Exclusive Offer (the Offers)

1.The Offers are open to all schools within United Kingdom and British International Schools who follow British Curriculum  .

2.The Offers are subject to you entering  into a contract with Access UK Ltd (Access) for the provision of My School Portal by 31st May 2024 and onboard over the summer within the allocated period. For the avoidance of doubt, all contracts will be subject to Access’ standard terms and conditions which can be found here: https://pages.theaccessgroup.com/Access-Terms-and-Conditions.html

3.The Offers are valid for contracts executed by you and Access between 15th April and 31st May 2024. Contracts executed after midnight on the 31st May 2024  will not be eligible for  the Offers.

4.Existing customers that already use My School Portal are not eligible for the Offers.

5.The minimum order value for My School Portal must not be less than £3500 (excluding VAT) when the Offer is applied. The Offers shall be disapplied if the order value does not meet the minimum threshold.

6.The Offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer or discount.

7.The Offers shall start on the Effective Date of the agreement and will apply for a period of 12 months.

8.Access reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Offers at any time.

10.The Offers are hosted by Access and is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with any other third-parties.
