Eligibility of Special Offer / Exclusive Offer (the Offer)

1. The Offer is open to all existing Access My School Portal customers based in the United Kingdom.
2. The referred school must be located in the United Kingdom or be a British International School which follows the British Curriculum.
3. The Offer is subject to the referred school entering  into a contract with Access UK Ltd (Access) for the provision of My School Portal within the allocated period. For the avoidance of doubt, all contracts will be subject to Access’ standard terms and conditions which can be found here: https://pages.theaccessgroup.com/Access-Terms-and-Conditions.html
4. 3.4. The Offer is valid for contracts executed by the referred school and Access between 1/07/24 and 31/12/24. Contracts executed after midnight on the 31/12/24 will not be eligible for the Offer.
5. Existing customers that already use My School Portal are not eligible for referral status.
6. The minimum order value for My School Portal for the referred school must not be less than £3500 (excluding VAT) when the Offer is applied. The Offers shall be disapplied if the order value does not meet the minimum threshold.
7. The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer or discount.
8. The Offer shall be applied to the referrer account at their next My School Portal contract renewal date at the end of their Initial Term.
9. Access reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Offer at any time.
