We understand the challenges that come with change. That’s why Strictly Education is partnering with us, Access Education, to ensure a smooth transition for your payroll services.
With a 99.9% accuracy rating and a 100% pass mark from the Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals’ Payroll Assurance Scheme, your payroll needs couldn’t be in safer hands. Each month, we process over 50,000 payslips for our schools, ensuring precision and timeliness every time.
We ran a proactive campaign before Christmas to help schools secure their payroll transition by 31st March. While this cohort is now full, we’re pleased to confirm that schools signing up with us by 31st January will receive an extension of their current payroll services until the end of June. We will then take over the management of your payroll from 1st July. This extended timeframe comes with the same service reassurances and support from our dedicated team, providing you with extra peace of mind.

Key timelines for your payroll transition
To ensure a smooth transition, here’s what you can expect in the coming months:
- Sign contract by 31st January
Make sure to sign the contract by this date to begin the transition process. - Data collection & system setup
Once we have your approval, Strictly Education will assist in providing the necessary data to populate our light-touch HR system. This system will streamline your payroll management, offering key benefits such as self-service access for staff, easy contract management, and absence tracking. - System build
Our team will start the system build to tailor it to your institution’s needs, ensuring a seamless integration with your existing processes. - Parallel pay runs
We’ll conduct parallel pay runs to test the system and ensure everything is working smoothly before going live. - Go live – 1st July 2025
Your payroll system will be fully operational starting 1st July 2025. - In case of delay
In the unlikely event that the go-live date is delayed, Strictly Education has agreed to continue providing your managed payroll service, ensuring no disruption to payroll processing and guaranteeing that all staff are paid correctly and on time.

How long will migration take?
The Access Group aims to have all customers live by 1st July 2025. Please note, migration will be on a first-come, first-served basis, so it’s important to start the process early to secure your preferred timeline.
What if migration isn’t completed by then?
If your Payroll is not ready to go live with Access Education by 1st July 2025, we will work with Strictly Education to keep your payroll supported until we are ready to migrate.
Is the special pricing offer permanent?
The £4.70 PEPM rate is valid for all customers signing contracts before 31st January 2025.
