Before implementing the Access Finance software we were using Capita FMS. The transition has been like switching from a penny farthing to a racing bicycle, everything is so much quicker and the system is far more intuitive to use!
The Access software has helped streamline our processes. Downloading the required reports across our 45 sites, now takes around a day per month and without the software this would take much longer.
There are currently twelve active users of the Access software and out of this number, only one prefers the old system - which is a real testament to the team at Access.
