With more than 20 years of experience within the learning and product space, Idan is our newest joiner. In his new role in Access, Idan will be seeing the transformation of our learning products.

Catherine's focus on HR ignited a passion for employee benefits, wellbeing, and engagement which led to launching Caboodle in 2010. She managed and grew the business through to the successful sale in October 2022 to The Access Group where she is now the General Manager for Access Engage.

Richard is an accomplished Learning and Development Product professional. He is CIPD qualified with 25 years of experience in all areas of Talent and Learning, specializing in Compliance. A former Head of Learning within Financial Services, Richard brings insight from both sides of the procurement journey having sought learning and compliance products as a buyer, and now with The Access Group, works within the People Division building and developing products to help firms of all sizes and sectors solve their compliance and learning problems.

With over 25 years’ experience in learning content creation, David leads multidisciplinary teams, creating engaging content for learning solutions. Passionate about using digital technology to engage the modern learner, David is driven by a desire to shake off eLearning’s previous reputation of ‘Click next, Click next, Click next’.

Fraser's has built his passion for product management by using innovation to challenge traditional solutions and processes. Having previously re-imagined the way that students are recruited into their first jobs, he is now a Senior Product Manager working to transform the Access People suite of products using AI.

Adam King is a Senior Multimedia Producer in The Access Group's Content Collective. He has over 10 years' experience filming, directing and editing video content across multiple subject matter areas and industries. He works regularly with experts and actors to bring topics to life and craft compelling narratives.

Esther Stanhope, an award-winning author and international keynote speaker, is a leading authority on speaking with confidence and professional impact. Formerly a BBC senior producer, she has extensive live broadcasting experience and has carried out nearly 5,000 celebrity interviews including George Clooney and Madonna. Her clients include global corporations such as Barclays, JPMorgan, and Deloitte, along with prestigious institutions such as Oxford and Cambridge universities, the British Army, and government agencies. Esther's acclaimed book, 'Goodbye Glassophobia - Banish Your Fear of Public Speaking,' earned her recognition as a top business author and sold out on Amazon in only three days.

Sarah is Head of Learning Content at The Access Group where she leads a 60+ team creating high-quality and engaging content across various formats such as webinars, podcasts, eLearning, and videos. She has over 20 years' experience in content creation, beginning her career in television producing programmes for major broadcasters including BBC, Channel 4 and Discovery before transitioning to learning media within educational and corporate settings. She has a background in psychotherapy and learning design and combines this with her expertise in media production to create human centred and emotionally impactful learning experiences. She regularly gives talks on how to craft compelling content and implement effective learning strategies.
