Access LMS Evo Roadmap

We’re always working to make your LMS more intuitive, powerful, and effective. This roadmap gives you an overview of what’s coming for Learners, Admins, and Managers—whether it’s already in development, planned for release, or part of our longer-term vision. Click through to explore the full roadmap and see what’s coming.

In development: What’s new?

We’re rolling out a range of updates designed to improve learning management, enhance user experience, and give admins more control. From a new ‘Check-In’ tab for managers to Finder improvements and compliance tracking, these updates will make it easier to manage learning, personalise the platform, and gain deeper insights. Here’s what’s coming by the end of March 2025.

In development

January - March 25

Learner Insights

The Learner Insights tab will be included in the new 'Portrait' area, providing learners with a clearer view of their learning patterns. It will feature key insights, such as their preferred learning methods, favourite topics, and much more.

Themes for Admins

Admins can now select a theme that best suits their personal preferences. Select from the available options: Genesis, Tranquil or Daybreak.

Compliance Ambition

The Admin homepage now includes a new ambition: Compliance. It features a Compliance Score to track compliance status across the business and introduces two new KPIs: Compliance at Risk and Compliance Focus.

Finder Editor

The new 'Finder Editor' gives the Admins the ability to edit Finder and build their own categories and sub-categories. Finder Editor is replacing the Catalogues and Library functionality, allowing Admins to build a new library easily and effortlessly.

Check-In' tab for Managers

The new 'Check-In' tab will give managers a central view of their team's learning progress, compliance activities, and learning patterns. Admins can also use the Applause feature, if enabled in their system, to recognise achievements, as well as recommend additional training in this tab.

Person Category Groups

Person Category Groups ('Segments') will be included in the new Admin experience under 'Workforce'.

Planned: What’s next?

We’re continuing to refine Access LMS Evo, introducing smarter tools, deeper analytics, and more automation to simplify learning management. With an updated Events module, AI-powered discovery, and new integrations, these improvements will help you get more from the platform.

While plans may evolve based on feedback, here’s what we’re working towards for release by June 2025.
