Can I brand the platform with my colours and logo?
While customised branding options will no longer be available, the platform’s new design offers a clean, bold look that enhances your learners' experience across all devices. This updated layout prioritises usability, creating a smooth and cohesive experience. It’s designed to be universally appealing, helping learners focus on content and engagement without distractions.
Will my current URL still work?
Your current URL will still work. While the platform’s URL will change, we’ll set up a redirect from the old link to the new one, ensuring learners can still access it if they have it bookmarked.
Will learners be able to download content?
Learners will no longer need to download content to their devices. Instead, they can effortlessly pick up right where they left off by accessing the online reader or streaming content directly in the browser through their account. Whether they’re enjoying an eBook, audio session, or classroom, they’ll be able to continue seamlessly. They can also add or update their notes along the way.
Will learning still be anonymous?
Learners will need to log in, but their individual learning history will remain private and won’t be visible to administrators.
Will I still be able to send customised newsletters from my CSM?
Yes, customised newsletters will continue to be available.
Will there be any changes to the content library?
The content library will remain the same, so learners can continue accessing all previously available materials.
Can learners save their favourite content?
Learners can save content for later, making it easy to revisit material that interests them. The content syncs to their account, so they can access it across devices, allowing them to continue their learning seamlessly at any time.
Is there a way to track overall platform engagement?
Yes, administrators will have access to engagement analytics, including metrics on content views and popular topics, but without individual learner history.
How often will the platform be updated?
The platform will receive regular updates to continuously improve the experience. New features and enhancements will be rolled out, and we’ll keep you informed about each update so you and your learners can take full advantage of the latest improvements.
Will learners be required to log in?
Yes, learners will need to log in to access the platform, allowing them to fully utilise all the benefits of the new Bookboon. For example, they can easily resume their progress on any device, receive personalised recommendations, and save content for later.
