It aims to strengthen investor protection, reduce the risks of a disorderly market, reduce systemic risks, increase the efficiency of financial markets and reduce unnecessary costs for participants. To help firms prepare for this important and far-reaching regulation, Access Group is pleased to announce the release of a new eLearning course - An Introduction to MiFID II.
The course focuses on the changes in policies and procedures which firms will need to implement and provides an overview of the key changes in the new directive and how they impact organisations and employees, with links to the related rules and regulations overseen by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).
The course has been added to the Specialist / Management Responsibilities catalogue within Access Group’s Governance, Risk and Compliance eLearning library today, and will provide learners with up to 75 minutes of CPD.
