1.By entering the competition you are agreeing to the Terms and Conditions of the Prize Draw.

2. This Prize Draw is being run Access UK LTD trading as The Access Group.
3. The Prize Draw is open to employees of UK businesses visiting the Recruitment Agency Expo at Birmingham NEC on 4 and 5^th October 2023.

4.  Employees of The Access Group, their immediate family or anyone directly connected to the competition or operation of the competition are not eligible to participate in the competition.

5. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this Prize Draw. By entering this Prize Draw, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions. Entering the Prize Draw does not guarantee the entrant a prize.

6. Only one entry will be accepted per person (who meets the criteria and follows the Prize Draw rules).

7. Closing date for entry will be 5 October 2023 at 16:30pm. After this date, no further entries to the Prize Draw will be permitted.

8. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason. The Access Group reserves the right to cancel or amend the Prize Draw and these terms and conditions without notice.

9. The Access Group is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this Prize Draw.

10. The winner will be notified by email (where address is supplied) within 28 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we shall reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner. 

11. The Access Group will publish the winner's name and their organisation name on social media, to announce them as the winner of this Prize Draw. By entering this prize draw, you are consenting to the sharing of such information and the winner consents that they have authorisation from their organisation to share such information.

12. The prize consists of one Samsung Silver Galaxy Tab S8 Tablet (with Bluetooth S Pen, Android, 8GB RAM, 256GB, Wi-Fi, 11") (the “Prize”). The Prize will be confirmed at the point of recording the winner being drawn. The Prize shall be non-transferrable, non-negotiable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other of The Access Group’s solutions and/or products.

13. Any costs or expenses incurred by the winner in respect of the  utilisation of the Prize (including but not limited  to travel costs, spending money, costs of transfers and other living expenses, insurance and taxes) are to be covered by the winner.

14. The Access Group’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the Prize Draw will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. Any links within these terms and conditions to other websites or materials provided by third parties, are provided for your information only. 15. The Access Group has no control over the contents of those sites or resources and accepts no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.

16. The Prize Draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

17. If any part of these terms is legally ruled to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remainder will not be affected and will continue in full force and effect.

18. This Prize Draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Linked In or any other Social Network.

19. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent. If there is any conflict between these terms and those in any promotional material these terms will prevail.

20. The Access Group is not liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Prize Draw or accepting or using the Prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. Nothing will exclude the liability of The Access Group for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.

21. This Prize Draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Recruitment Agency Expo. You are providing your information to Access UK Ltd and not to any other party. 

22. By entering this Prize Draw you consent for your name and email address to be handled by The Access Group solely in connection with this Prize Draw and in accordance with The Access Group’s Privacy Notice (Privacy Policy | The Access Group).

23. The Access Group will not contact you for reasons other than in connection with this Prize Draw unless you have provided your express consent.
