So, we continually work to engage them to understand their perspectives and concerns. Our current eNPS (employee net promoter score) puts us in the top 25% of highly engaged tech companies. Each month everyone tells us what they think about life at Access in Our Views – our engagement survey.
We also offer a range of career development opportunities, including training programmes, mentorship initiatives, and tuition reimbursement, to support employees in advancing their careers and achieving their full potential. Whether it’s through our Access Shine or Bookboon learning sites, everyone has access to learning at their fingertips. Everyone who joins us is automatically enrolled on our Access Employee Academy. We think of it as a fun-filled orientation that helps our people get to know everything about working and excelling here. Anyone who is part of our leadership community is also invited to our Access Leadership Academy.
