Geraldine Finn joins as Regional Head of Employee Success, Alistaire Davidson joins as Regional Chief Financial Officer and Aaron Whiting joins as Regional Head of M&A Integration and Transformation - all part of President Americas, Jonah Paransky’s leadership team.

These appointments follow a significant milestone for The Access Group: the recent acquisition of Paytronix, the largest in the company’s history. This landmark acquisition doubled the size of Access to over 450 employees in the USA.

Geraldine Finn previously served as VP of People Services at Tia, a health tech startup revolutionizing women’s healthcare. Before this, she spent over seven years at Twitter, holding key global HR roles in business partnerships, talent acquisition, People M&A, strategy, and operations.

With a strong background in tech and digital industries, Geraldine will play a pivotal role as Access increases its hiring and culture development in the Americas.

On her appointment, Geraldine said, “I am delighted to join The Access Group at such an exciting time of growth in the Americas. I look forward to working closely with the team to support the expanding workforce, help develop an exceptional employee experience and continue to evolve their vibrant culture.”

Alistaire Davidson brings over two decades of financial leadership experience to the role of CFO, Americas, having worked in global organizations and with expertise in financial planning and analysis, business partnering, and post-acquisition integrations.

He joins Access from Freeman, where he led corporate financial operations, enhancing efficiency through strategic planning, automation, and process improvements. Prior to this, Alistaire held key leadership roles at Aveva, where he led finance for the Americas and their regional finance transformation.

Alistaire commented: “I am thrilled to join Access as part of its growth trajectory and with the company's ambitious vision and recent expansion into the Americas, I look forward to leveraging my experience to help scale the business globally."

Aaron Whiting has been a leader in acquisition integrations and business transformations since 2014, working with portfolio companies of firms including Vista Equity Partners, TA Associates via insightsoftware, Battery Ventures, and K1. As part of that work, he has completed projects from platform mergers to the clean-up of incomplete business integrations, contributing to $B’s in enterprise value.

Aaron is an advocate for bringing agile practices into the M&A industry, is a featured instructor with M&A Science, and was named their Leadership Spotlight Award winner in 2021.

After working as a contractor with Access, Aaron was thrilled to join the expanding team and commented: “Access in the Americas is poised for an exciting ride over the next three years. I was won over by the people, the cultural drive to improve, and the unprecedented opportunity for Access Americas, and indeed Access globally. There is an endless supply of value to be created for both the customers and the company, and I cannot wait to find even more great companies and people to join us on this journey.”

Jonah Paransky commented on the new hires: “With extensive experience in tech, SaaS, and digital industries, Geraldine, Alistaire and Aaron are well-positioned to guide The Access Group’s growth strategy during its next phase of expansion in the Americas.
