Access Managed Services, previously Oosha, is recruiting for its IT Service Engineer team
Part of Access Legal, and previously known as Oosha, Access Managed Services plans to increase its IT service engineer team to support the delivery of its core operations as well as security and support functions – which include network and device security, virtual desktops and disaster recovery.
The recruitment plans come as more law firms of all sizes are now prioritising investment in their legal technology and IT services due to hybrid working and hybrid cloud strategies playing a key part in their success. This is to meet the changing expectations of clients who expect a digital first experience and legal practitioners who demand the latest legal tech to give them the freedom to deliver exceptional service.
The rebrand to Access Managed Services and added investment in the core infrastructure and product innovation is part of Access Legal’s vision to support law firms with all aspects of their practice. The legal tech provider brings together legal and business software and cloud-based solutions to help law firms to consolidate their data, applications and people in one place.
Access Managed Services is the next stage in Access Legal’s drive to be the software and services provider of choice for law firms. Explaining more, Ian Bedford, General Manager at Access Managed Services, said:
“We are proud of Oosha’s heritage because we know how committed the team is in delivering an expert-led service to a customer base of over 100 law firms.
“The rebrand marks an important milestone in Access Legal’s journey. More law firms want to outsource their IT services, including cloud migration, to reputable partners so we’re investing in more people with the technical capabilities and customer service skills to deliver this, as well as prioritising the quality of our products and support services to our customers.”
Firms who use Access Managed Services will also benefit from the enhanced cloud computing capabilities that come from being part of The Access Group - which has more than 200 engineers.
Ian added: “Both new and existing customers can choose from public, private or hybrid cloud services, and our world-class data centres use the advanced DC2.0 framework to ensure the highest level of efficiency, scalability and performance. As a result, our teams will be able to help firms migrate and manage their data and applications in the cloud – so both fee-earners and back-office staff can work more effectively and securely, focusing on exceptional service for clients.”
