Fosters Solicitors has a rich heritage dating back more than 260 years. The firm has since grown to become one of the largest in Norfolk, with more than 100 members of the team serving clients across a full range of legal practice areas including commercial and residential property, family law, personal injury and corporate law.
Fosters had used its previous case management system for two decades. In 2023 its senior leadership team launched a strategy to streamline operations and enhance efficiency to improve client service and satisfaction by embracing digital transformation. Moving to Access Legal Case Management was a crucial step to ensure its legal and business tech was integrated with vital functions right across the firm. Alongside Access Legal Case Management, Fosters has also recently taken on inCase, Access Legal’s client communications and onboarding app, for its conveyancing department.
