The Customer Experience technology offers a fully automated solution designed solely for hospitality businesses, whether single-unit or multi-site businesses. The suite enhances all stages of the customer journey from booking, table management through to EPOS sales and promotions as well as giving operators the ability to run personalised, targeted marketing campaigns, via a number of channels, to drive revenue by increasing footfall, improving loyalty and encouraging repeat business.

To oversee the strategic development and implementation of the Customer Experience technology Access has announced the appointment of Martin Verdon-Roe as General Manager.

Verdon-Roe joins from his previous position as General Manager/VP at Tripadvisor’s Hospitality Solutions business unit and brings over 20 years of international business experience to the company including a background in developing and launching innovative solutions to the market.

“I’m excited to be joining Access Hospitality as we take the business through its next phase of growth.
