DesignMyNight have two SaaS products; Collins (http://www.collinsbookings.com/) is a reservation and enquiry management tool for casual dining restaurants, bars and pubs whilst Tonic (http://www.tonicticketing.com/) is an event ticketing and marketing platform. Customers such as Arc Inspirations, Inception Group, Ideal Pub Collection and Cirrus Inns now use Access Hospitality solutions to manage their business critical functions from reservations, best of breed EPOS functionality through to workforce management.  New customers to Access Hospitality include Fuller’s, Mitchells & Butler, Be At One, Dirty Martini and Wahaca.

ProNett (http://www.pronett.com/) is a provider of cloud-based property maintenance software in the UK Hospitality space with a strong customer base including shared Access Hospitality customers Stonegate, GBK, Boparan Restaurant Group and Eclectic Bars.

“The addition of DesignMyNight and ProNett will help to position Access as the software vendor of choice for hospitality businesses aspiring to achieve or maintain market leadership and focus on enhanced guest experience.  We give operators the option to use our best of breed end-to-end solutions or take a modular approach integrated with their current systems. The Access Hospitality proposition is now such that reservations, pre-orders and deposit payments can be taken through our platform, feeding to and from our EPOS and Stock Management solution. Sales data from EPOS then in turn feeds Access’ Workforce Management solution for staff scheduling, with HR and new starter data flowing the other way and timesheets, tronc and expenses information feeding into our payroll engine for payment. Sales, stock, payroll and property maintenance information flows into Access’ Finance package and Business Analytics tools to deliver a truly unique and exciting end-to-end solution, giving multi-site operators a full view of their operation” said Chris Bayne, CEO of Access Group.

“We will continue to develop the depth and breadth of our solution suite based upon our ongoing customer conversations, developing a clear understanding of their business needs, so we can refine our future plans to better support them.”

DesignMyNight founders Nick Telson and Andrew Webster will remain with the business to support its future success. “As one of the fastest growing technology providers in the UK, we are confident that Access is the right partner to take what we have achieved so far with DesignMyNight to the next level. They already have a great set of products that we know well, like Intelligent Business Systems and SelimaHR, so the synergies are clear and extremely exciting” said Nick.

Paul Gunn, the Managing Director of ProNett, who founded the business in 1995, said, “The Access group was a natural choice as the future home of the ProNett team and customers. I am extremely proud of what we’ve achieved together and I am very confident that our employees and customers will be in very good hands.” Paul will remain with Access to oversee a successful migration of the ProNett team and its customers into the Access family.
