Previously, Chee Gay served as the Global Chief Human Resources Officer at TDCX, where he scaled the workforce from 3,000 to 19,000 employees and launched 10 new operational sites in just seven years. He has also held leadership roles at AIA, Samsung, T-Systems, and Intel, and continues to inspire as an Adjunct Professor at three universities.
