The acquisition reinforces Access’ commitment to the region and importantly to the accountant’s industry, signaling its intent to rapidly advance its tax and practice management offering for ANZ accounting firms.
Leading business management software provider The Access Group has entered into a binding agreement to acquire FastTrack, a cloud-based recruitment platform built to help staffing organisations streamline and grow. The acquisition is currently going through all necessary regulatory approvals and the process is expected to be successfully concluded week commencing 7th March 2022.
