Meet the panel
James Hood: A self-proclaimed IT geek with 23 years of experience, began in the Service Desk and progressed through various IT roles. Formerly a client-facing consultant in Legal and professional services until 2015, he shifted to become the Head of IT for a large Yorkshire firm. James focuses on strategic tech direction, development, and adoption, driving positive change for secure legal service delivery through technology and innovation at LCF.
Chris Morris: Chris has 26 years of IT experience ranging from building the technology for a business through to funding business growth, however his passion is bridging the gap between technical IT and non-technical audiences so that IT delivers value for all.
Jon Cuthbert: Over 23 years working in IT. 20 of those years working for the same Legal Managed Service Provider in a technical consultant role providing IT advice and strategies.
Dom Wakelin: Service Delivery Manager at Access Managed Services
Dom is an accomplished Information Technology leader with a wealth of experience in legal IT. His skill set is highlighted by analytical thinking and a creative problem-solving approach. As a dedicated technology enthusiast, Dom exhibits a genuine passion for fostering efficiency and driving transformative change within the industry.
Marcus Dacombe: Proposition Marketing Director, Access Legal. With over 20 years of experience for a range of global SaaS companies, this in-depth knowledge has allowed Marcus to transform the legal solution offering and be heavily involved with developing and implementing Access Workspace for Legal. These new digital solutions bring together a firm’s people, data and system into a single, accessible view.
