Terms and Conditions
- Eligibility: Only new customer’s of the DesignMyNight Collin’s product are eligible to participate in this campaign.
- Terms & Conditions: participation in the campaign shall be subject to you entering into an agreement with the Access Group on the following conditions: www.theaccessgroup.com/standardtandcs (“Agreement”).
- Rules: By participating, the applicant (“you”) agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of Access UK Ltd (“The Access Group”) as final and binding as it relates to the content of this campaign.
- Campaign Period: You will be eligible for the promotional campaign pricing if you sign a 12 month Agreement with the Access Group for DesignMyNight’s booking solution, Access Collins, after 15th January 2024 at 09:00am GMT and before February 29th 2024, at 11:59 PM GMT.
- The Offer - the specifics of the offer shall be solely determined by The Access Group. For the purpose of this clause, Referral Promotional Pricing shall mean: 49pence per DesignMyNight booking referral for months 1- 6, then £1 per DesignMyNight booking referral months 7 - 12 and does not apply to the set-up fee, onboarding fee or any additional fees outside of the standard Agreement.
The Referral Promotional Pricing shall start on the Effective Date of the Agreement and is valid for the Initial Term only...
The Referral Promotional Pricing shall apply for this Agreement only, and cannot be substituted, transferred or assigned to any other agreement you may have with the Access Group.
For the avoidance of doubt, at the conclusion of the Initial Term, we will revert the referral fees to the then current list price.
- The Access Group reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the campaign at any time.
- The campaign hosted by The Access Group and is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any other third parties.
