Why did you choose to switch?

"We were previously using JobAdder as our CRM, but it was primarily designed for recruitment and didn't effectively support our broader business needs. We wanted something more holistic that could be utilised across all departments and services within our organisation.

JobAdder's limited functionality limited our ability to manage and track customer interactions and business performance effectively beyond recruitment. While Vincere is fundamentally a recruitment system, we found it well-suited to accommodate our consulting services, making it a more suitable choice for our evolving business needs. And so that was really the big one for us. "

How was your migration and onboarding experience?

"The Vincere migration team was exceptional. Given our own expertise in data migration, we were well-positioned to assess the quality of the process. We found the Vincere team to be highly professional, collaborative, and extremely helpful in guiding us through each step.

Prior to the migration, we invested significant effort in data cleaning, which proved to be crucial for a smooth transition. The migration process itself was remarkably smooth, despite its inherent complexity. We experienced ongoing support from the Vincere team even after the migration was complete, which was invaluable as we navigated the learning curve of the new system.

We have been consistently impressed by the quality of support provided by the Vincere Access Group.
