Changes to Elite Software Renewals
Important business change: From the 1 March 2023 you will no longer renew your Elite subscription via the Reckon Elite Renewals Portal.
As part of our transition into the Access Group business systems, from the 1st March we will follow a simple Access Elite 3 step renewals process.
Step1: A Statement of Account will be emailed to you
- 45 days prior to your Elite 2023 renewal you will receive a Statement of Account, containing details of your current Elite pack and all the relevant information.
- This form will include a link to a 'Change Request' form
Step 2: Review your Statement of Account
- Renew, no changes: If everything is correct on your Statement of Account and you have no changes to your subscription, no action is required. An invoice, including a pay now feature, will then be issued no later than the 15th of the month prior to your license expiry.
- Renew with changes: If you require changes to your licence, click on the link to our ‘Change Request’ form and submit your request within 7 days. Your change request will then be processed and an invoice, including a pay now feature, will be issued no later than the 15th of the month prior to your license expiry.
- In the event that we do not hear from you prior to the 15th of the month preceding your licence expiry, you will be issued an invoice to pay, to ensure there is no disruption to your Elite service.
Step 3: Pay for your Elite subscription and your unlock codes will be emailed
You will find a pay now button on your invoice. Please pay your invoice within 7 days of receiving it, so that we can ensure your licence renewal is processed and you can continue to work uninterrupted. Once payment has been received your unlock codes will be emailed to you within 3 business days.
Please note: Unlock codes take 72 hours to process from receipt of payment.

Please note wait times during June, July & August may be longer than usual, sending your request by email is the best way to get a quicker response.
How do I apply my unlock code?
When will Elite Tax 2023 be released?
Elite Tax 2023 is scheduled for release on Wednesday 28th June. You will receive a separate email with a download link as soon as the module is available. Unlock codes will be applied automatically.

Is there an early bird offer?
To streamline the customer experience at the Access Group we have one simple renewal process for all of our valued clients, this process does not include early bird periods.
Will I still be able to use the Reckon Elite renewals portal?
From the 1st March 2023, the renewals portal will no longer be available, you will then follow our Simple 3 Step Renewals process outline above.
