Red Badge was in search of financial management software that could help them streamline their accounts payable processes.

Anthony Trigg is Head of Finance for Red Badge Group, looking after a broad range of finance functions for the business: “In my role, I am responsible for acquisition, month-end, tax compliance, key supplier management, payroll, accounts payable and change management for the business.”

Red Badge was using Access Attache for their payroll requirements but, as Anthony explains, they were facing a multitude of issues that were impacting the productivity of their finance team.

Access Financials API now enables Red Badge to import their sales quotes directly from a third-party app, increasing productivity for the team and vastly reducing the risk of human error that come with inputting these quotes manually.

Access Financials has helped Red Badge in a number of other ways since their implementation was completed, as Anthony highlights.

"Thanks to Access Financials we can now upload our budgets by cost centre, edit all our posted transactions and we now have the ability to have a PO system, expense recognition and debtor creditor controls. We’ve already experienced greater productivity thanks to features such as these.”
