What's the difference between cloud-based CRM and on-premise CRM?
The main difference between on-premise and cloud CRM software is where they are hosted. This determines how they are implemented and maintained.
On-premise CRM (also referred to as on-site CRM) involves organisations purchasing licences and installing a system on internal servers that are physically located within a building.
