Australian businesses challenged to change as employees demand workplace shift

● The Autonomy to the People research from The Access Group reveals autonomy is missing from most Australian organisations.
● 70% of employees are seeking a shift from command-and-control workplace behaviours towards those enabling autonomy.
● 47% of Australian companies are limiting employees’ self-determination, in favour of adherence to established policies.
● Over half (54%) of employees say they should have more control over when and where they work.
