The Access Group Launches APAC Hospitality Division with the Acquisition of STAAH

STAAH has built a strong reputation for enabling accommodation providers to connect to over 500 online travel agents (OTAs) and technology partners. With its innovative solutions, STAAH empowers businesses to maximise visibility, optimise revenue, and simplify booking processes.

The acquisition includes STAAH’s two flagship products—MAX and SU—which cater to different segments of the accommodation market:

  • MAX: Tailored for larger 4/5-star hotel groups, upscale independents, and regional/local brands, MAX is sold directly to hotels and through resellers with customers across Southeast Asia, India, ANZ, across Europe and North America.
  • SU: Designed for the economy and lower mid-market segment, SU is typically delivered as a white-labeled solution within a Property Management System (PMS) provider. Its customers are spread across Southeast Asia, India, ANZ, Europe and North America.

This acquisition complements The Access Group’s existing  hospitality portfolio, including SHR’s advanced Central Reservation System (CRS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform. Together, these solutions will provide accommodation providers with an integrated, end-to-end platform that enhances connectivity, guest engagement, and revenue optimization.
