Access UBS eInvoicing onboarding form
As part of our customer onboarding for eInvoicing features, please complete this form to register your company for a free digital signature connection.
Important notice:
- Please ensure that your Access Cover remains active for at least three months while you are in the queue for the eInvoicing onboarding process.
- Please submit one form per Company (as per License Name).
- Please make sure that UBS software is updated with an active license.
- We encourage you to go through the following checklist after confirming your booking and submitting the form:
- Ensure your company name matches the one on your UBS License Certificate. (form with mismatched names will be rejected).
- Your software version is up to date, with active UBS Access Cover of Evo Lite.
- The setup must be done on the main server or primary computer.
