Access UBS eInvoicing onboarding form

As part of our customer onboarding for eInvoicing features, please complete this form to register your company for a free digital signature connection.

Important notice:

  • Please submit one form per Company (as per License Name)
  • Once the support team schedules your setup date and time, if you need to reschedule or cancel the session, please provide at least 48 hours' notice.
  • We encourage you to go through the following checklist after confirming your booking and submitting the form:
    • Ensure that your UBS software is updated to the latest version.
    • Download AnyDesk before the setup session. For instructions on how to install AnyDesk visit https://anydesk.com/en/installation
    • The setup must be done on the main server or primary computer.
    • You should have received an email containing details for your Workspace setup.
